Sharks in the Park . . .
Come celebrate Chinese New Year and the importance of sharks with us at Portsmouth Square in San Francisco's Chinatown on Sunday, 07 February.
Help us raise awareness and have a ball doing it! We will be handing out literature in both English and Chinese, and we want you to join us.
The rally and celebration officially begin at 11:00am, and will run until 3pm. (Which leaves you plenty of time to get to your Super Bowl parties!)

We'll be gathered in the northwest area of Portsmouth Square (near the mouth of the bridge crossing over Kearny).

Portsmouth square is about six blocks from the Montgomery BART station and is a comfortable walk that takes less than 15 minutes at a comfortable pace.
Muni 9X also runs right up Kearny Street. For those driving, street parking is competitive, but not impossible. However, there are several parking garages nearby, and the one just below the plaza is most convenient.
